The Big Lunch in Leeds

The organisers of The Big Lunch want as many people in the UK as possible to sit down simultaneously with their neighbours to have lunch together, as a simple act of community. Annette Logan, Liaison Officer at Ebor Gardens Primary School, is organising a large community event to coincide with the project. The event is to bring all the Ebor Gardens/ Burmantofts community and surrounding area together to have a family day. They would like many different agencies to come along and give as much to the local community as they can offering; opportunities, support, advise and a wonderful community day to all that come along. It would be wonderful for all the agencies to get together and for families to access the various support on offer at this community event as well has have a fun day out for all that attend.
