1. What is your name and where do you come from?
Joe Lee I was born in Yeadon in 1931

2. How long have you been a member of the Kidz Klub team?
5+ years

3. What do you find most rewarding about being a volunteer at Kidz Klub?
Sharing my time and experiences with children trying to set an example and standard for these young people to live by.

4. What do you find the most challenging thing about being a member of the team?
Just being available when Kidz Klub meets (Joe is a very busy man) but I try my best to be there each week. My heart is to strive to make life better for each child who walks through that door – quite a challenge.

5. What has kept you going through the years?
Believing. Praying. Being involved/busy. Keeping fit and trusting in God.

6. What role do you play on a Tuesday evening?
Giving prizes away to children who have behaved well that week, or have won the games, welcoming visitors, and watching the children as they leave.

7. What has been your favourite job at Klub?
Making children happy.

.

8. What would you say to someone thinking of joining the team?
Wonderful job satisfaction, in contributing to these children’s young lives. Get involved.
