Bradford Diocesan Day
2010 will see Diocesan Day enter its 5th year with Ministry 4 Mission as the main theme. The keynote speaker will be Bishop Robert Paterson from Sodor & Man. Bishop Robert is Chair of the Central Readers Council and Vice Chair of both the Liturgical Commission and the Fresh Expressions Board. He is married to Pauline, an RE teacher, and they have three grown-up children.
Over 600 people are expected at Diocesan Day which will be held on Saturday April 17th at Bradford Grammar School. It will be a day of celebration, teaching and fellowship and as usual there will be a wide range of seminars and workshops to choose from. Worship will be led by musicians from St. John's, Ben Rhydding and the groups for children will again be organised by the team from Thorpe Edge, expanding to cover children up to the age of 15.
Brochures and booking forms will soon be on their way to all clergy and PCC secretaries but you can download a copy of both by clicking this link.
Further copies can also be obtained from the Diocesan Office. More information can be found at their website.
