Kidz Klub Middleton

In March 2010 we launched Middleton Kidz Klub at Middleton Primary school. It has been a wonderful start, with a team of over 17 wonderful volunteers! We spread the word of Kidz Klub through taking an assembly in just one of the Middleton Primary schools and then leafleting outside the school afterwards. We had no idea how many, or if any children would turn up on the first night, however we opened the door to find 19 children eagerly waiting to come in.

Since the first Kidz Klub we have seen so much growth, doubling out numbers again and again and are now seeing around 70 children attending Kidz Klub Middleton every Thursday night. We are now taking assemblies in further Middleton schools and are visiting around 120 children a week.

The children who attend Klub each week, and the new children who come really enjoy being at Kidz Klub, they really listen and take on board what we teach them about God and get so excited throughout the praise party and games! It is so amazing that this time last year there was no Kidz Klub in Middleton and now we are reaching more and more children each week in this area of Leeds.
