The life of a youth worker is never dull. The demands of working with young people are endless.
This event will provide space in a busy calendar to step back, reflect on our own leadership development and to look at how we can keep going for the long haul of leadership.
All leadership is demanding, youth ministry especially so. This event will look at how leaders can continue to grow as disciples of Christ, in their own self care and in the balancing of their lives, its challenges and opportunities.
It aims is to inspire and equip youth ministers to be able to keep going for the long haul of leadership.
