'The Steels' Christian Rock Band - Worship Workshop & Gig 19th March
Summerbridge Methodist Church are excited to be hosting a weekend during March featuring The Steels, the well known Christian Rock Band.
Their act is aimed specifically at young people, although older and younger ones are welcome too!
The Steels visited the area last year, performing at XLS at Lightwater Valley, and in June last year at Summerbridge Methodist Church.
They will be performing at Summerbridge again on the weekend of 19th/20th March.
On the Saturday afternoon they will be holding a worship workshop suitable for all ages and musical talents (Or lack of!).
There will also be an opportunity for more accomplished musicians of all ages to play together and get some guidance from Matt, Simon and Adam.
The workshop is FREE and will run from 2-3pm on Saturday 19th March.
Those staying on for the evening can also join us for a meal (Please let us know in advance if you wish to do so). (number below)
The Steels evening gig will start at 7.30pm on the 19th, and tickets are £2 in advance or £3 on the door. The band will include some of the songs from their new album 'Supreme' - signed copies of which will be available to buy on the night.
There will be food available after the gig, as well as the chance to play pool, xbox 360, wii, table tennis etc.
