Letter about Living Oasis

Please accept my sincere apologies for the continued delay in the reopening of the Living Oasis bookshop at 77 Albion Street. We moved to this new location from113 Vicar Lane at the beginning of January 2011 and had hoped to be open by the end of February. As many have already found out, unfortunately we are still not open.

On the positive side, the plans are in place to open a Coffee House on the ground floor, the bookshop and a meeting room in the basement and further meeting rooms in the mezzanine. The Coffee House will be available for churches and groups to use in a wide variety of ways in the evenings. The meeting rooms will also be available to church groups in the evenings and during the day. Several churches have already indicated they are very keen to use the new premises. We are all very excited about the plans, however, we still are unable to confirm when we will be open for business. Sometimes we have to learn to be patient and wait for God to provide the funding needed to transform the building.  

We are hosting regular prayer meetings at the shop. The next one will be on the 19^th May at 1pm - 1.30pm. We would love you to come and join us.
