Refuel - New project for the children of Leeds

Refuel is new. It is a big event, once a term, for Children and it replaces what was X:site Leeds, which was so good we have decided to give it an upgrade and ...change its name! LOGO final

Refuel is still under the umbrella of Scripture Union, who are delighted to be supporting it.

Refuel is for children aged 7-11 - that’s all those in school years 3-6. It's ecumenical, so for all the churches in the Leeds area, and also for their leaders. It’s a chance for all of us to get together and make new friends! £2.50 each on the day.

The first ever Refuel is on Saturday June 11th from 4 til 6pm at Mosaic Church, Sweet Street, Leeds LS11 9DB. where there is a large Warehouse worship area and spaces and rooms to have lots of different activities all happening at the same time!

Refuel is a place for all of us to meet together and discover more about God and what He is doing in our lives, while having lots of fun. Check out Refuel on www.scriptureunion.org.uk

If there are any people who would like to be involved in making the Refuel event happen, you can join the Team by going to www.scriptureunion.org.uk/refuelteam and filling in an on-line application and SU will do all the checks and you will be contacted by the team of leaders; who are all Children's Leaders from different churches across Leeds.

This promises to be a really great event for children across Leeds and beyond! Tell all your children's leaders about it, tell all your primary school teacher/assistant friends, tell your children and your grand-children!
