Next CREATE workshop for young people

CREATE is a Christian Skills Workshop event by young people, for young people aged 11-15, held at St Richard’s Church, Seacroft. The young people team leads their peers supported by adults and hired tutors, gaining new skills for their churches with the support of adults on five workshops per year.

Next Event: Saturday, 8 October 2011, 3-6 pm. Theme: Football Coaching/Game! or Batik/Candlemaking. We have football kit available, but please bring yours so everyone is properly equipped!

The workshops are bi-monthly on a Saturday afternoon at St Richards’s Church, Kentmere Avenue, Seacroft, Leeds, LS14 1BX. CREATE has held a variety of workshops such as: Camera work, drama, DJ-ing, leading worship, Christian conjuring, balloon art, arts and craft, graffiti art, clowning, body art, music, dance and arts/crafts plus much, much more with tutors providing skills.
