This weekend, St. Gemma’s Hospice is holding its popular annual Christmas Market; a great place to bring all of the family, from small children to teenagers and adults, there will something for everyone!
The Christmas Market takes place on Friday 2nd December from 3pm – 8pm and Saturday 3rd December from 10am – 3pm. Entry is by donation and all proceeds go directly to helping fund patient care at St. Gemma’s Hospice.
Santa will be in his Grotto giving out presents for the children, there will be a huge array of stalls for all of your Christmas shopping needs, the Hospice Gift Shop will be trading, there will be festive food in the bistro, hot dogs on the BBQ, mulled wine to keep you warm and of course, our Christmas Market is the perfect place to pick up your real Nordman non-drop Christmas Tree. Our Christmas trees are always of a very high quality and are very competitively priced between £28 and £30.
On the Friday, we will have a fantastic brass band to open the event and get us all in the festive mood and it’ll be the perfect time to bring the kids along after school, with Peppa Pig making an appearance at 4pm and a kids’ tombola indoors alongside the usual stalls and games.
On Saturday, entertainment will be provided by a local Rock Choir, as seen on TV!
Wheelchair users can gain access to the event 15 mins before advertised opening times, for ease of access. All stalls are currently booked but for any other enquiries, please email hayleya@st-gemma.co.uk
