This has been an important year for the Three Churches Project. Beginning with the formation of a new strategy group to look at its development and future, we are now ready to begin 2012 with a new name and new partners to help us take the vision forward.
We are no longer limited to Three Churches. Although we have always worked together with other agencies, local residents and the Christian community in Meanwood, we now have a name and soon a more open structure to reflect this.
InterACT Church and Community Partnership, or InterACT for short, is about working TOGETHER, ACTIVELY, in our local community. 2011 has seen an increase in volunteers among the local churches and residents, all committed to playing their part in seeing transformation in our locality. This is about ordinary people from all walks of life coming together, building relationships, developing skills and, importantly, having fun.
