The Education Achievement Academy

The Academy provides a Literacy programme for students who are further advanced in their English skills and an ESOL programme for students of foreign nationality. Students can attend classes during the morning, afternoon or evenings over three days/three hour sessions per week.

All students will work towards an accreditation; the ESOL students will do the Cambridge speaking, listening, reading and writing examinations. The examinations cover all levels commencing at Entry 1 to Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE grade C).

The literacy students partake in the City and Guilds Literacy reading and writing examinations, at Entry 1 through to Level 2.
