Change in Opening times for Acorn Christian Bookshop, Leeds
Changes to opening hours From the beginning of Aug 2012
our new opening hours will be:-
Monday closed
Tuesday 11-5.30
Wednesday 11-5.30
Thursday 11-6.30 (late night opening)
Friday 11-5.30
In addition, we shall also be closed in school half terms, as well as the Christmas period and the week after Easter.
Reluctantly the Saturday closing has become necessary because of the pressure of all the other things we do. To compensate, our new Thursday late night opening should help people at work. If you cannot collect books in shop hours we are happy to try to find an alternative: please phone or email to make an arrangement. It has been good that the shop has been busier recently, though we are aware this is largely due to the closure of other Christian book shops in the area. We exist to serve and bless the Christian community and will continue to make every effort to do so! Find us on Facebook Acorn Christian Books to keep up to date with bargains, latest releases, reviews, etc Although we carry as much stock as it is possible to squeeze into a small shop you may wish to ring first to check if we have what you want, or to order it – especially if you come from a distance.
