What a fantastic day Wembley turned out to be. Thank you for coming and thank you for standing with us. We had 32,649 in the stadium, making Wembley one of the biggest Christian gatherings in Great Britain in recent memory.
All the way to Wembley we felt God saying The National Day of Prayer and Worship was going to be a catalyst for what He wanted to do next, and that has been so true. We've heard of new ministries birthed, people being called into ministry, people becoming Christians, it was a great day. What amazed us when we looked at the data, was that people came from 114 of the 124 post code districts around the UK.
At the end of the day, you'll remember we highlighted a new ministry called Neighbourhood Prayer Network (NPN), which produced a book specifically for designed for What next after Wembley.
NPN has been busy recruiting folk like you and me to take spiritual responsibility for the street they live on, to pray for our neighbours and help people where possible. So far over 500 streets are being covered in prayer.
I would love to encourage you and your Church to sign up and let NPN know you are praying for your street and also get hold of the Legacy Book they have produced - they are going like hotcakes.
Rebekah Brettle who is the main author of the book, will sign the book you order from the NPN website.
