Volunteers are at the very heart of the Manuel Bravo Project.  They ensure the smooth running of our operations and support the client throughout the following process:

At weekly Tuesday evening advice sessions, asylum seekers needing assistance with their first appeals or fresh claims meet with our various legal advisors. We provide this assistance through paid and voluntary Caseworkers, and via teams of qualified non-immigration solicitors from local law firms who work under the supervision and guidance of immigration specialists to help asylum seekers prepare their documents for the Home Office. All lawyers involved in the Project give their time on a pro bono (free) basis and are supported by the work of our other volunteers.

We are currently at capacity for all roles except Interpreters. These we need very much! If you are interested in this role, please read through the role description below, download an application form and send it in as advised on the form.

If you are interested in any of the other roles, please feel free to complete an application form and send it in to our waiting list.
