STATE OF THE ART, REASONABLY PRICED, CONFERENCING AND MEETING ROOMS IN THE HEART OF THE CITY CENTRE

 
LCI moved to its current location, opposite the Corn Exchange, in 1999. We have recently upgraded our building and can offer state of the art conferencing and meeting facilities for up to 75 people. We particularly welcome our friends from the Voluntary and Charitable sectors.
 
 
                                    
 
 
We have five rooms, two located on the third floor, one on the second floor and two on the first floor, served by a lift. The rooms on the second and third floor are fully equipped with SMARTboards, laptops, WiFi technology and hearing loop systems.
 
A laptop and LCD/TV screen provide for multimedia facilities on the First Floor, but at the moment there are no PA or Loop systems in operation. 

 Our building has been refurbished to meet the access requirements of people with disabilities.
 
Catering is provided by ‘Create’, 
 
We accommodate all conference and meeting requirements including breakfast meetings with various types of breakfast menu.
 
All our rooms have beverage machines which dispense sustainable tea and coffee.
