Flatmate wanted for Leeds City Centre

Hello,

My flatmate is moving out in a month or so, and I'm looking for someone to move in and share with me from the start of July (or sooner). The flat is located very close to the train station in Leeds city centre (it's quiet though!), it's in old building and recently refurbished so is really nice inside. It's £300 a month excl. bills and is owned by my current flatmates parents who are really nice and relaxed.

I'm looking for someone who's keen to live communally and share food and space easily and is pretty eco-minded (eg. likes recycling, eating good food, turns lights off, etc!).
